Every project starts with a meeting. This can occur in our office, at your site or your home. The initial meeting allows us to develop the project brief so we can provide you with a detailed written quote and a scope of works. We can help with :

Here’s how your project with us will go:
- Concept Design – We assess your site to determine the best course of action. Your design brief will be developed at this stage and initial sketch plans, elevations and if requested renders, are provided. The potential need for outside consultants (Engineers, Surveyors, Planners) may be identified at this stage.
- Developed Design – We will develop your plans to a level suitable for project costings and this is the time to finalise your design before Building consent drawings are started. Outside consultants will have been engaged.
- Building Consent / Documentation – Here your detailed architectural plans and specifications suitable for construction and obtaining building consent are produced. All documentation from outside consultants will be added to our documentation ready for lodgement to council. We lodge the documents to council for you and manage the project through until consent has been issued, handling any RFI’s (requests for more information) that council may have.
